Mingzhu Master ARCH Color Stone Paint technology originated in Japan and was introduced to China in the 20 century, 90 decade. Early products used ordinary quartz sand, resulting in a rough finish. Mingzhu Master ARCH Color Stone Paint uses carefully selected natural colored sand, optimized resin systems, and advanced spray techniques to significantly enhance realism and durability.

Construction Process

Base treatment: Level the wall, apply an alkali-resistant sealing primer to ensure a solid base with moisture content below 10%.

Grid Layout: Snap grid lines per design specifications, apply masking tape, and ensure neat, straight grid lines.

Spray Application: Apply 2 even coats of stone-colored paint using a dedicated spray gun, allowing each coat to dry for 4 hours before applying the next. Ensure uniform coverage.

Remove painter's tape: Remove the tape immediately after spraying to prevent tearing once the paint dries.

Surface Protection: Apply one coat of water-based topcoat after drying to enhance stain resistance and weatherability.
