The ARCH Multi-Color Paint technology from Mingzhu Master is based on the water-in-water multi-color coating process. Early stone-effect coatings relied on stacking single-color sand particles, limiting color depth. The water-in-water technique disperses polycolored water-based colloidal particles in a protective gel solution; upon spraying, the particles remain intact on the wall and form a natural film, recreating granite's multi-mineral color structure within the coating. Building on this foundation, Mingzhu Master optimized particle stability and the color card system for more accurate color reproduction and consistent results across batches.
Construction Process
Surface Preparation: Level the wall, remove dust and grease, and apply an anti-alkali primer to ensure a solid base with moisture content below 10%.
Grid layout: Snap grid lines per design requirements, apply painter's tape, and ensure all grid lines are straight and level.
Primer: Apply one coat of specialized primer matching the base color to enhance coverage and color richness.
Spray Molding: Apply a uniform coat of multi-color paint with a specialized spray gun for single-pass formation, ensuring even particle distribution without runs or sags.
Topcoat protection: Apply one coat of water-based topcoat after drying to enhance stain and weather resistance. Remove masking tape to complete acceptance.
