The ARCH Multicolor Stone Technology is an advanced evolution of traditional multicolor stone paint. In conventional coatings, sand particles are mixed directly into the paint and fixed on the surface after spraying. The ARCH process encapsulates sand particles within a colored emulsion to create a "multicolor stone" microstructure. Upon application, as the emulsion evaporates, the sand particles remain suspended within the coating, producing a more three-dimensional, textured finish. This technology significantly enhances the realism of the stone-effect appearance.

Construction Process

Base treatment: Level the wall, apply an alkali-resistant sealing primer to ensure a solid base with moisture content below 10%.

Grid Layout: Snap grid lines per design specifications, apply masking tape, and ensure neat, straight grid lines.

Spray application: Evenly spray the water-based sand coating 2 times using a dedicated spray gun, allowing each coat to dry for 4 hours to ensure uniform coverage.

Remove painter's tape: Remove the tape immediately after spraying to prevent tearing once the paint dries.

Surface Protection: Apply one coat of water-based topcoat after drying to enhance stain resistance and weatherability.
